  1. FANTASTIC!!! Don’t worry, it only takes a little while before your muscles get used to it. I commend you on back to back days! Exercising some every day changes how you feel about it, you look forward to doing it not just because of physical changes but the clear head and sense of accomplishment and wellbeing.
